As part of this, we offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders (up to 10 business days).We can also offer a fully tracked DHL express premium service (1-3 business days). With the express premium service you will receive regular updates from DHL on the progress of your order. If for any reason you can’t be there to accept your order, don’t worry, you can simply choose an option for redelivery or collection.We usually process and dispatch your order on the same day. If your order is placed outside of normal business hours it will be processed the next business day. Our business hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

Shipping times do not include any delays during customs or clearance.

Due to variations in customs policies for different countries, you may be charged import duties for your items. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.
