By gaining access and choosing to peruse this website, you accept and agree to these Terms of Use. If you choose not to agree to these Terms of Use, you are advised to discontinue use of this website.SmileNV is a company registered in Ireland with company number 607172. Privacy policy

SmileNV enforces a strict privacy policy which every employee of SmileNV must comply with. SmileNV will not disclose information of its customers to any third party. In the event of a sale, merger or acquisition of SmileNV Limited, SmileNV will transfer customer details to the new owners. Product availability and prices

SmileNV will attempt to make the product and quantities advertised on this site available at all times. However, this cannot always be guaranteed and SmileNV will not be liable for any products that are not available at the time of your checkout. SmileNV’s prices are subject to change without notice. SmileNV reserves the right to refuse, terminate or cancel orders when there has been a website malfunction or error such as technical difficulty or an incorrect price being displayed.

Promotions

All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last.

Any products purchased outside of the advertised time frame set by SmileNV will not be eligible for the promotional price. Where there is no promotion period specified, the relevant promotion will end when it is discontinued on SmileNV’s platforms.

Terms of product use

This site is solely an online store for oral care products. This website is not a substitute for professional medical advice, furthermore we do advise to consult your health care practitioner before the purchase of any products listed. Your medical or dental practitioner should address any concerns, medical questions and queries regarding the use of SmileNV. SmileNV does not intend to give, and is not able to give answers to any of your medical related questions. This website does not replace any medical professional advice.

SmileNV does not represent themselves as a medical or dental practitioner and nor is this implied. Results from this product will vary from patient to patient and will be different depending on the structure of ones teeth, the number and duration of applications. SmileNV are not liable for any unexpected results. Whitening products will not whiten dental work such as, but not limited to, veneers, crowns or bridges. By placing an order through SmileNV you accept all risks associated with the product, you agree that SmileNV will not be held liable for any unexpected results, or complications that may arise as a result of using the product.

PEOPLE WHO – ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 18, ARE PREGNANT, HAVE HEALTH PROBLEMS, HAVE PERIODONTAL DISEASE OR GUMS THAT ARE IN POOR CONDITION, HAVE OVERLY SENSITIVE TEETH, WEAR BRACES, HAVE HAD RECENT ORAL SURGERY, HAVE DECAYED TEETH, HAVE EXPOSED ROOTS, HAVE COLITIS, HAVE JAW PROBLEMS, OR ARE ALLERGIC TO ITEMS INSIDE THE GEL SHOULD NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. It remains the user’s responsibility to ensure none of the above apply.

Shipping and handling information

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

Orders may be returned to us for various reasons including: non-payment of Duty & VAT, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will need to email hello@smilenv.com to arrange redelivery and will also have to pay for all postage costs.

SmileNV will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however if untracked standard shipping is selected, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier.

Shipping Time-Frames

USA – DHL Express: 1-4 Business Days

USA – Standard shipping: Normally 7-10 Business Days. In exceptional circumstances, standard shipping service can take up to 1 month.

Taxes, duties and/or VAT

There may be Taxes, Duties and/or VAT applied by customs towards your order. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by SmileNV. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office.
